My name is Andrew Burrow. This site is intended to witness my interest in text, discrete mathematics, and design. In writing, I hope to think more clearly about what computing has to offer in the service of text, to maintain my belief in precise and understandable models in the service of user expertise and autonomy, and to reflect the view that, like language, computing is not to be considered without reference to people, pragmatism, utility, action, and felicity.
